It is important to start your day with these points in your mind.

Morning Routine
First few hours of the day are dedicated for getting ready, studying and
planning. The purpose of Morning Routine is to grow and develop to create
new and consciously developing future. It is essential to begin your day with
three activities in the morning.
1 Journaling - Writing your goals in journal are inspiring and realizing how
much you have accomplished every day. It is an emotional transformation
through reflection.
2 Book Reading - Spend the morning golden hours in deep reading good
books to work better and change your life.
3 Workout - Take care of your health. Adopt healthy lifestyles like going for a
walk, running, yoga or meditation for a healthy body, mind and soul.
