must be strict protocols in
place to restrict the spread of
the virus amongst employees.

be followed in a manufacturing

3. Security guards recording
temperature and ensuring
protective masks and gloves of
the employees should wear
PPEs all the time.
Any employee handling
visitors should use PPE
Incoming material should not
be handled without PPE

water.

The temperature of
every employee must
be recorded during
arrival at the plant and if
found above prescribed

The employee should
be quarantined if found

6. DISINFECTION
Whole premises including
machinery, equipment,
staircases, doors, windows,
etc. should be disinfected
every day according to the
government guidelines
The no-touch policy
should be there on the
premises
Once the shift is over
disinfection should be
made compulsory before
the start of the next shift

7. TRANSPORTATION
PROTOCOLS
The temperature should be
checked before employee
boards the bus
Manpower should be analyzed well
so that no employee is coming from
the containment zones
Wearing of the mask should
be made mandatory
Facilities in the parking area
should be prepared to
follow social distancing
norms

8. ENTRY AND EXIT
PROTOCOLS
Entry and exit should be done
according to the guidelines
The temperature would be
recorded for every person
entering or exiting the
premises
Bus arrival timings should be
preponed by a minimum of 20
minutes because of Plant Entry
Protocols
Bus departure timings should
be postponed by a minimum
of 15 minutes because of Plant
Exit Protocol

should come up with the
guidelines and inform and
educate every employee
for efficient coordination

The roaster should be
prepared by the admin
department keeping
COVID 19 norms in mind
The coordinator should
inform the bus driver
and the attendant about
the working schedule of
employees

10. SANITIZATION OF THE TRANSPORT VEHICLE
Bus cleaning should
be done using a
spraying machine
Thermal gun, face
mask, and sanitizers
should be available in
the transport vehicle
Bus attendants
should always wear
prescribed PPEs
Frequently
touched areas
should be
sanitised well

11. GUIDELINES
FOR BUS
OPERATIONS
Boarding should be done from
one gate and attendant would
be allowed to open the door
Passengers should wear the
mask on their way to the bus
stand while waiting, boarding,
and de-boarding from the bus
They should maintain social
distancing >6 Feet with a face
mask while waiting, boarding,
or de-boarding for the bus
It is advised not to touch
anything in the buss
Usage of Mobile phone and
engaging with other passengers
should be prohibited
