McDonald’s development comes from its first drive-in restaurant in San
Bernardino, California, to be the most famous fast food giant based on the
perfection of its operations the recipe for its success and growth.
Its operating system is characterized by focusing on uniformity for consistent
quality, the formation of partner relationship with its franchises and supplier to
improve operating system innovatively and last but not least the introduction of
new products With its steady drive for improvement and consistently high quality.

stand, getting into the food service business as a team.
The first McDonald’s restaurant was started in 1948 The McDonald brother

process are credited with inventing the modern service model of fast food. In
later memoirs the brothers would credit their process to Henry Ford, saying
that they modeled their restaurant around his assembly lines in Detroit.
