Portable Appliance
Testing
Portable appliance testing is carried out
as standard as part of your service level
agreement. All appliances will be checked
against statutory requirements to ensure
they are safe to use and that the building
is compliant with all regulations. Technical
support, contract procurement, contract
administration and production of reports
is also included.
Electrical Fixed Wire
Testing
All electrical installations must also be
maintained on a regular basis and checked that
they comply with British standards. Factors such
as general wear and tear, water damage, and
corrosion can all have an impact on electrical
appliances, so regular maintenance and testing
is provided as part of your SLA.
Emergency out of
hours support
Our experienced team offers a dedicated out of hours
service, 24 hours a day. We guarantee a fast and
efficient response time of two hours, anytime day

Asset Management Plan
By being prepared and undertaking a thorough asset
management plan, our team of professionals is able to

Asbestos
All non-domestic properties are required by
law to manage asbestos and carry out an
asbestos survey before any major building
works are conducted. For most building works a
refurbishment/demolition asbestos survey will
be required prior to any works starting on site.
Our experienced, qualified team will provide
advice and guidance relating to asbestos
concerns as part of your SLA, providing you
with added peace of mind.
Legionella
To comply with the latest health and safety
legislation, it is essential to identify and
assess the sources and associated risks of
Legionella within water systems, and that this
assessment is undertaken by a competent,
experienced professional. As part of your SLA,
we will administer and maintain all test records,
provide a report of items tested and the results,
and deliver technical support and guidance on
any changes to legislation and regulations.
Burner Servicing
As qualified and experienced engineers in
domestic and commercial heating systems
(oil, gas and bio-mass), we can support your
burner servicing needs. We will provide advice
in resolving difficult to diagnose repairs/faults,
offer recommendations on the most cost
effective repairs and give general advice on
the use of equipment within your building.
Fire Risk Assessments
All buildings are required by legislation to
ensure that a thorough fire risk assessment
is carried out and a fire strategy formalised.
IAG will undertake the fire risk assessment for
you, and provide guidance on the tests and
checks that you need to carry out to keep it up
to date. We will identify possible dangers and
risks, and who may be at risk, eliminate
or reduce the risk from fire as far as reasonably
possible and provide general fire precautions.
A detailed plan will be provided and reviewed
on a regular basis.
