reconciliations in accordance with physician contracts, company plan agreements, management

segment creation for the Chart of Accounts, and ancillary allocations while also educating and
advising Accounting staff/Regional Controllers/the CAO how to book account model drivers;
orchestrated an anesthesia process change that saved Accounting 1.5 FTEs 40 hours/month
• Presented and explained net income reconciliations to C-Suite leadership team, Operations,
and physicians directly; led discussions on key model drivers and known data events
• Built dynamic models, a physician mapping database, and GL auditing tools from the ground
up including updating/automating raw data sources to be integrated with the modeling system
• Partnered with Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Finance Operations, Legal, Payroll,
Operations, HR, FP&A, Financial IT, M&A, RCM, Financial Integration, Leadership, and
physicians on provider compensation related data, processes/practices, strategy, and design
• Created a modeling system while going through a major structure change with a new Chart of
Accounts, new accounting software/segments, new data formats/sources, and a new plan
agreement/model drivers along with new practices/service lines, all integrated in one quarter
• Provided guidance for budget preparation, financial planning processes, and identification of
cost-saving opportunities based trending abnormalities and practice comparables
