• 7.6% Decrease to 10% Increase based on weight
• Price of a stamp is increasing from $0.50 to $0.55 – 10% increase
• Flats rates are decreasing!
• Additional ounce rate decreasing from $.21 to $.15. Drastic reduction as
items get heavier.
