"Crosswords for the aged" PDF sample by Fran West2. Β©Fran West 2015
About the Author
Fran West has been as a public library manager dealing a lot with
elderly patrons. Then she had a mid life creativity, gave up her career,
and decided to fly herself around Australiaβs coast, taking photos as
she went. Much later on, quite by accident, she was asked by two
activities coordinators to create some DVDs for the men in their
facilities. From that small beginning she has developed a passion (and
a business) for creating products suitable for dementia patients and
aged care generally. Now there are CDs with interactive jigsaws and
quizzes, Photo Downloads, Kindle picture books and wooden jigsaw
puzzles. Her photos are also available on a variety of products from Zazzle and CafePress.
