WHAT ARE OKRS? – OKR FORMULA
✓ OKRs are typically written in two parts –
“Objective” followed by few supporting “Key
Results”, usually 3 to 5 Key Results
✓ Objective: are simply what is to be achieved.
They are important, action-oriented, concrete
and sometimes inspirational
✓ Key Results: are benchmarks and it tracks
how to get to the Objectives. Effective Key Results
are precise and time-bound. Most importantly,
they are measurable and verifiable.
