Project Description: Solutioning Dashboard (SoDa) is the sole source for
application Solutioning, It provides Regional management with overview of the
opportunities pipeline and the active working deals within the region, Solution
Leads can capture the solution details with minimized data entry. SoDa aims to
increase solution efficiency and capabilities, enhance user experience and
unlock solution reporting and business intelligence.
I participated in the project as Information specialist III.

Mediation Portal: (OMP) is a web based application which manage the
startup phase of a wider process involving external Vodafone (VF)
systems as EVO, SRM, TAONET and SAP, and track main steps of the
Purchase Request on this external tools.

C) Vodafone Netherlands (www.vodafone.nl) (Jan 2008 to Dec 2013)
Project Description: Develop new functionality and support Vodafone NL
Customer Information System (CIS). CIS development team serves a number
of projects in parallel, following the agile delivery model within a fast-rhythm
heartbeat of 3 weeks release.

Online. They need to meet certain criteria in order to be
eligible to a retention offer. In order to further increase
the attractiveness of renewing the contract Vodafone

offer.

Blyk is a mobile media company, specializing in giving
relevant advertising. The Blyk partnership with Vodafone
result in an attractive proposition to attract a valuable
customer segment (in which VF-NL has a below fair
share position. Blyk will gain access to a valuable
telecom network in the Netherlands.
8. Online pdf improvement:
Role: Team leader
The Online PDF distribution process is part of the
Current Online Bill service provided to Vodafone
customers in order to view the Invoice online in the form
of a PDF.
9. SoyM:
Role: Team leader
Settings on your Mobile drop 2 exposes the improves
delivered in Drop 1 using the Vodafone portals. It
enables Vodafone customers to actively request the
handset configuration to be pushed to their handset or
manually configure the handset following the on screen
guide. The setting tool will give easy-to-understand
information about settings in simple, clear steps, and
along with it, visuals/screen shots of the display while
setting up, but also explaining how to use it.
