Task 1 – Individual Task
The details of the task are as follows:
1. One Pager Company Flyer
 Create a one pager company flyer having the details about the company in concern.
Note: A company flyer is an infographic that contains recent facts and trends about
the company
 The material MUST contain all the important details related to the company such as
about the company, its mission, vision and core values, competitors, recent news,
etc. (This is not an exhaustive list. Feel free to add other relevant sections as per
your judgment).
 The information should be clear, concise, and relevant from the placement
perspective
 All this information should be presented in one A4 size page
2. Submit a video pitch
 Record a video saying why do you want to join this committee, what skills/qualities
you have that will help your candidature and what do you bring to this committee
 The video size should not be more than 25 MB and it should not exceed 3 mins
3. Collate a list of 5 external vendors
 Collate a list of five vendors who could be invited to prepare PGP students better for
placement season
 Provide rationale behind selection of these vendors in 100 words each
4. Curate a list of 10 speakers
 Curate a list 10 speakers who can aid in development of domain and soft skills
 Mention their area of expertise in less than 100 words
Create a ZIP file and upload on the link shared
Check your company details in the sheet attached.

Task 2 – Group Task
Each group is required make a presentation covering following headers:
 Research on the Placement Preparation activities of other college and design a
report on the same
 What initiatives and measures you will take to better the Preparation process once
you are inducted?
 What all year-round activities that you would plan to induct and how you will manage
that?

Submission Guidelines:
 The company flyer format must fit A4 Size structuring.
 Video Pitch length must not exceed 3 minutes.
