Data offloading is a technique to transfer data between different networks like mobile network to WiFi networks. WiFi or Wi-Max networks are very fast and require no spectrum fees to implement them. Nowadays, thanks to the remarkable progress in wireless technology, affordable wireless communication service has become a reality. Wireless communication systems can be found all around the world today. WiMAX which represents (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) is a major part of broad band wireless network having IEEE 802.16 standard provides innovative fixed as well as mobile platform for broad-band internet access anywhere in anytime. IEEE 802.16 standard has bandwidth of 2GHz-11GHz for fixed applications and 2-6GHz for mobile applications. It is considered the most interesting opportunity which is able to provide data throughput up to 70 Mbps and radio coverage distances of almost 50 kilometres, and to complete wired network architectures, ensuring a cheap flexible solution for the last-mile. Mobile signal strength (coverage) maps are of great importance to cellular operators for network planning and operation are expensive to obtain, imperfectly reflective of call quality outcomes, and potentially constructed from biased samples. Users of smartphones utilize high-speed network services while commuting on public transit and hope to have a consistent, high-quality connection. Measuring and monitoring coverage and quality of service mean being able to assess reality and its representation. Data collection is a vital ingredient in this process. Finding Mobile signal strength and Mapping the Coverage areas using GIS through differentiating the Network. Due to the massive load demand on cellular networks and frequent changes in the underlying radio channel, users often experience sudden unexpected variations in the connection quality. To overcome variations, we create a Map to differentiate the signal strength with a regular update through the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) in QGIS Software using Python and XML plugins.

In the near prospect, beyond 4G has the major objectives or difficulty that need to be addressed are improved capacity, better data rate, decreased latency, and enhanced quality of service. To meet these demands, radical improvements need to be made in cellular network architecture. This paper presents the consequences of a detailed study on the fifth generation (5G) cellular network structural design, challenges and some of the solution for promising technologies that are supportive in improving the structural design and gathering the demands of users. In this comprehensive review focuses 5G cellular network architecture, huge various input many output technologies, and device-to-device communication (D2D). Next, to with this, some of the promising technologies that are addressed in this paper include intrusion supervision, variety sharing with cognitive radio, ultra-dense networks, multi-radio access technology organization, full duplex radios, and millimeter wave solutions for 5G cellular networks. In this paper, a universal possible 5G cellular set of connections architecture is proposed, which shows that D2D, small cell access points, network cloud, and the Internet of Things can be a part of 5G cellular network architecture. A comprehensive study is integrated concerning present research projects being conducted in different countries by research groups and institutions that are working on 5G technologies. Finally, this paper describes cloud technologies for 5G radio access networks and software defined networks.

The developing telecommunication infrastructures are shaping future opportunities in Smart Cities. Such infrastructures are required to meet the unprecedented needs in terms of energy efficiency, security, scalability, and resiliency. In this talk, we will focus on Low-Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) and their role in enabling Smart Cities. LPWANs represent a novel wireless communication paradigm, which will complement traditional cellular and short-range wireless technologies in addressing diverse requirements of applications for Smart Cities. LPWANs are attracting a lot of attention primarily because of their ability to offer large coverage and long battery life operating devices. We will also provide a use case of deploying a wireless LoRa infrastructure that supports various indoor and outdoor services for the citizens of future Smart Cities.

Divergent modulation schemes have been proposed for the Internet of Things (IoT). Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) technologies are gaining unprecedented acceptance in IoT application of sensor networks. Chirp Spread Spectrum (CSS) is a prominent modulation technique proposed for LPWAN. Chirps can traverse long distance and are resilient to noise and Doppler effects. Noise resilience along with transmission range and low power requirement makes CSS a preferred modulation scheme for sensor networks. LoRaWANTM, with its physical (PHY) layer using CSS, has emerged as the widely accepted LPWAN solution. By using CSS modulation with orthogonal spreading factors (SF), LoRa offers wide coverage to LPWAN applications while supporting a high volume of devices. However, scalability performance of CSS has not been inadequately modeled. As with the suitability of the modulation scheme, there are concerns on how chirps interact with the surrounding as the number of deployments bursts out into higher volumes. We evaluate CSS at ISM band 868 MHz for spreading factor 7 to 12 at bandwidth 125 kHz for performance and scalability. Simultaneous transmissions were simulated with repeated iterations and conclusions are arrived on collisions rate, packet error rate, and bit error. Suitability of using CSS for sensor networks for future deployments is commended.

ABSTRACT The explosive popularity of small-cell and Internet of Everything devices has tremendously increased traffic loads. This increase has revolutionised the current network into 5G technology, which demands increased capacity, high data rate and ultra-low latency. Two of the research focus areas for meeting these demands are exploring the spectrum resource and maximising the utilisation of its bands. However, the scarcity of the spectrum resource creates a serious challenge in achieving an efficient management scheme. This work aims to conduct an in-depth survey on recent spectrum sharing (SS) technologies towards 5G development and recent 5G-enabling technologies. SS techniques are classified, and SS surveys and related studies on SS techniques relevant to 5G networks are reviewed. The surveys and studies are categorised into one of the main SS techniques on the basis of network architecture, spectrum allocation behaviour and spectrum access method. Moreover, a detailed survey on cognitive radio (CR) technology in SS related to 5G implementation is performed. For a complete survey, discussions are conducted on the issues and challenges in the current implementation of SS and CR, and the means to support efficient 5G advancement are provided. By the 2010s, the proliferation of big data and the refinement of deep learning techniques enabled AI to become mainstream. Notable milestones included the success of Google's AlphaGo and advancements in autonomous vehicles by companies like Tesla and Waymo. A major theme of the presentation is the application of generative AI, which has been used for tasks such as natural language text generation, translation, and question answering.
