INTERNET & BROADBAND ADOPTION
In the third quarter, the global average connection speed increased 10.0% to 3.6 Mbps, and the global average peak connection speed
decreased -5.2% to 17.9 Mbps. Across countries in the Asia-Pacific region, quarterly changes across both metrics were generally positive.

Mobile provider HK-2 had the highest average connection speed at 4.2 Mbps, while NC-1 had the lowest at 0.9 Mbps. Mobile provider MY-2
had the highest average peak connection speed at 39.8 Mbps, while NC-1 had the lowest at 6.0 Mbps.
