Description:
CORE is Grievance Redressal and Management System deals with consumer complaints and its
resolution through mediation between complainant and party against which complaint has been filed.
System having three modules Consumer, Brand and Admin. Consumer can record his Complaint and can
see the status and progress of his complaint in Consumer module. In Admin module admin screens every
complaint and send it to its respective brand. Under Brand module brand can see the complaints against his
product and takes appropriate action. After getting response from brand admin updates the complaint
status whether resolved or unresolved.
Accountabilities: As a STE with a team size of 5, I was responsible for-
• Involved into preparing the Test Approach.
• Coordinating testing processes including writing test plans, Creation & identification of BPT components
based on CR, test scripts, test execution, tracking defects to resolution.
• Scheduling meeting with teams to get the prompt resolution of the critical defects.
• Develop and maintained the bug reports in every release.
