kickoff of a formal ISO certification process, including a Wisconsin Department of Commerce Grant application to reimburse
consulting costs.
Immediately developed and implemented downsizing of departments introduced cost controls in the aftermath of the September
11, 2001, business downturn. Used financial analysis and modeling to introduce operational targets and real-time
measurements for revenues, direct labor, and fixed expenses. ( KPI’s) Reduced breakeven revenue requirements by 20% per

brought in to assess the current building, layout, and workflows.

team in the evaluation of manufacturing software packages that met business and future technology requirements to
(streamlined administrative functions and shop floor scheduling). Led project to implement new software and coordinated
employee training.

to migrate to digital workflows in electronic prepress. The result was increased productivity in all departments.

in the successful sale of the company to Wallace Computer Services, Inc.
