• THE REALITY IS THAT A PARADIGM SHIFT IS NEEDED TO ENABLE THE PRESENT
PMO TO DELIVER THE CORRECT SUPPORT AND PROVIDE AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL
OF GUIDANCE FOR UC LIVE SERVICE IN THE TRANSITION OF GOING DIGITAL.
• MY MISSION WAS TO CONDUCT A RESEARCH ON SIMILAR GOVERNMENT
SECTORS THAT OPERATE WITH NEW WAYS AND HAVING A PMO OR NOT. ALSO
LOOKING AT SOME PMOS WORKING OR NOT WITH AGILE
