3. Creation of spreadsheets in which data can be stored, sorted and managed: Spreadsheets are divided into columns and rows, making it easier to organize data. The spreadsheet structure permits a straightforward analysis of data. Helps to make appropriate decisions concerning concrete issues.
4. Performing calculations and creating functions: Data is calculated automatically by using the formulas provided or creating custom-based ones. Data is selected and inserted into the desired function for instant calculation. The same calculation can be mechanically applied to other fields by clicking and dragging the “+” symbol. Speeds up the procedure and reduces calculation mistakes
5. Infinite amount of storage space: Spreadsheets can be created at will and their order is interchangeable. Spreadsheets are stored into one central location for easy access and administration. Eliminates the need for folders. Eliminates the risk of losing valuable information.
6. Creating graphics representing the compiled information: Permits the creation of charts representing the information compiled in a spreadsheet. Charts come in various styles depending on the nature of the data and the analysis. Chart styles include: column, line, pie and scatter charts. Charts and spreadsheets can be printed for paper reference.
