Duties and responsibilities with Mazoon Electricity Company S.A.O.C:
Analysis contract requirements, special provisions, terms and
conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws,
regulations and corporate policies.
Review and preparation of tendering documentation, RFPs,
contract agreement, awarding letters and variation orders
according with corporate policy.
Supervises the tendering process from the pre‐qualification stage
through to the final bid submission, award of contract and
engagement close out.
Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and
evaluation activities undertaken by the concern department.
Focal point for all communication with legal, finance and project
team for resolution of contract issues and disputes.
Assists in identification, development and implementation of new
contract policy and processes.
