  1. 1. Introduction: Leadership is an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency and to achieve organizational goals. Leadership is the ability to influence a group toward the achievement of a particular goal.
  2. 2.  Transformational leadership is a process that changes and transforms individuals.  Transformational leadership is the ability to get people to want to change, to improve, and to be led.  The concept of transformational leadership was initially introduced by leadership expert James Macgregor Burns.
