Faced with a growing number of demands
for designers to work on conversational
bots for Microsoft's investment in the Bot
Framework, it became necessary to define
principles and create a guide for people
throughout the company to quickly design,
and build good chatbots.
The handbook was translated into a
presentation and a talk, which I had the
