Key Responsibilities
As Part of the position requirements over the years I have had to take on responsibilities
such as;
• Recruitment of new staff members
• The training and encouragement of both our new and existing staff members as
well as making sure they are up to date on all aspects of their in store training
and knowledge
• Regular stocktakes and variance reporting at a store level
