2. Experience Sharing
• Different situations different colors were comfortable.
• It is predominantly: White, green and Red
• Experience and Key Observation:
When it comes to a situation where a conflicting idea or thought /
insight came up, I was little more observant and suddenly realize the
importance of the idea and pay attention to that.
There are situations I was not comfortable with and that
automatically hinders my effectiveness in playing a role…or wearing
color of the hat.
Overall: there was awareness at the end of the exercise about the key
aspects of different dimensions that emerge when one plays multiple
roles and also the factor of time that takes to adjust to the comfort and
need of the new role.
