Social media Apps have become a place where people can openly share opinions, ideas and experiences and it’s a vital channel of communication and indispensable in our era, digital technologies and websites have accelerated form of human interaction and communication through online forums, instant messaging and social networking. How we communicate with each other and organizations has changed drastically. Customers buying behaviour it’s not influenced and controlled by brand or company, buying decision it’s about interactions with search engines, recommendations and online reviews. With the quickly growth of digital devices, customers became more likely to use their mobile phones, personal computers, tablets and other digital devices to gather information. Social Media has changed how much budget businesses redirect on traditional promotion activities. The uses of influencers or sponsorship are now commonly used to promote product and services. YouTubers have become celebrities and have created a source of revenue.
