4. The Commercial and In-Plant Printer Commercial and In-plant Printers often have
the need to fold newsletters and other smaller jobs such as a company newsletter
but they don’t want to set up their larger floor model folder for these smaller jobs.

7. Baum three slitter shaft score, slitting and Perf solutions “VFM”
The three slitter shaft design provides superior sheet control and alignment for multiple applications.
This allows you to do multiple lines of scoring and perforating in a single pass. The three shaft design
allows you to place your perforations and/or scores much closer together than on a single shaft design.
The VFM 20 can handle light to heavy weight stocks.
One big advantage On the BAUM 20 VFM is, the stock stays straight and flat as it travels through the
slitter shafts versus the back-bending of a buckle folding machine as the heavier sheets try to conform
to the radius of the folding rollers.

8. BaumCut 22, 26.4, 31.5 ECO and PLUS
BaumCut ECO Series programmable cutters are efficient, compact, and easy to operate, with heavy
duty fully hydraulic system that has minimal maintenance. The BaumCut “P” series offers a large
18.5” touch screen color display. Plus version has optional “Compucut® with the P-Net Connect
feature”, the “P” series BaumCut can be integrated into your digital workflow process. This allows you
to send the cutting data directly from pre-press into Compucut® as a PPF or JDF file. Compucut® then
automatically generates the cutting program eliminating the need to manually input the information.
This saves you time and reduces errors. This optional feature can be added at any time to your
BaumCut “P” series cutter.
You also have the ability to purchase the on the “P’ series the Bar Code Reader option.

9. Folder / Gatherer / Plow fold options (after print or feed)
Baum folders are designed to be an integral part of a
complete high-speed electronic printing solution.
For continuous, non-stop folding for documents
printed on blank or pre-printed continuous rolls of
paper, as well as for blank or preprinted fan-folded
continuous documents.
Gatherer is designed to gather sheets from 1 to 12
from the print engine or feeder. A signal releases
the sheets to the fold section.

10. Baum Feeders and Stackers
The Baum 20 RCS Receding Delivery Stacker is a unique product that can be adapted to
many different machines to provide a consistent stack of flat sheet products.
Some of the type equipment that can be placed in line with this stacker include: Baum
Independent pile and Continuous Feeders, Baum 20 VFM ,Laminators, UV- Coaters, Die
Cutters, Ink Jet Printers, Digital Print Engines, Inspection Tables, and more.
Optional sheet staging feature insures that a sheet is consistently ready for the device
that is being fed by staging the sheet and remains in the staging area until a signal is
received from the device being fed telling it that it is OK to send the sheet.

12. Feeding solution: Independent Pile and Continuous Feeders to meet multiple
production applications in many different environments. These affordable and robust
feeders can be used for such applications as feeding timed packaging lines, UV
coaters, die cutters, laminators, digital print engines, ink jet bases, mailing tables, and
more. High volume feeders can feed most material from single sheets to catalogues
with optional stream feeder it can feed on demand into any application.
