operational and structural challenges. Extensive use of Stakeholder engagement to deliver change and create
a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
Full budget responsibility for $19M PA and 90+ headcount.
Achievements:
 Designed restructure which delivered over $750K PA in savings.
 Led team through LEAN focus event on Aluminium strapping across two sites which delivered over
$500K PA in savings.
 Negotiated two EA’s resulting in better than anticipated outcomes in agreements.
 Recognised by Shipping companies such as Gearbulk as being transformed from least performing
port to most productive port for Bulk Steel handling on Eastern Seaboard.

Distribution Centre Manager for MARS Food, LION Dairy & Drinks & MARS Petcare, Lean

Operated across a range of clients delivering successful contract conversion with MARS Petcare. Seconded
by VP and President to relocate to Melbourne to set up and operate 30,000m Chilled warehouse to employ
130+ people. This was the first Dairy chilled warehouse to be operated by Linfox and the first to employ SAP
WM.
Following successful implementation of Distribution Centre joined LeanFox to develop and implement
corporate wide Lean systems and processes.
Asked to relocate by previous National Business Manager to operate MARS Food operation.
Achievements:
 Full set up of MARS petcare operational team from scratch delivering $1M PA in savings to client and
recognised by being awarded MARS Supplier of the Year Award – two years running.
 Designed and implement dairy operation from zero base to full operation including 3 x 5K pallet
mission critical stages.
- First chilled dairy operation by Linfox.
- First implementation of SAP WM.
- First warehouse set up with LEAN principles from Day 1.
 Designed and implemented LeanFox operations manual and Visual Management boards. This
resulted in Continuous Improvement being the new way of working in these operations.
