• Lead CSA (Customer Satisfaction Audit) for Inkjet Printer products through full
project life cycle.
• Hands-on in formulating and sourcing for project input and requirements, and in
collating CSA Test Plan that includes scope, SOW, schedules, milestones, pass/fail
criteria, execution strategy, budget, resources, communications and
considerations of risks. Obtain timely sign offs from stakeholders.
• Successfully trained and transferred testing at Manufacture partner site in China.
• Perform internal quality system and product audits in China. Rigorously ensured
QA procedures were consistently met.
• Work closely with MPa (manufacturing partner) to improve their quality system
such as setting up IPQC, training and certification system on inspectors and set
line down alert system, etc.
