Over the past 12+ years, I've worked for ThoughtWorks across a variety of roles. As a consultant, I have helped build custom software for retailers in the UK, banks in the US, and in the games industry in China. I was part of the team supporting and growing Mingle, ThoughtWorks' project collaboration platform; and alongside the marketing team, I helped establish www.thoughtworks.com as a publishing platform for the entire organisation. In my current position, I partner with teams across the business to ensure we provide the tools and practices that match the cutting-edge collaborative culture of the organisation.
