Total E&P Indonesie appreciates all employees by presenting an awarding night for all their journeys and achievements in 2015.
We know everyone is busy going through the TEPI transition period, which could likely lead to demotivating employees.
One way to lift their spirits was to go on vacation, which at that time they couldn't do because of their busy schedule.
So we took the initiative to create an immersive world travel experience through the installation, publication and multimedia of landmarks and artificial tourism activities involving all employees.
On this project, I worked on creative development, design, and copywriting, also was responsible for overseeing production to execution.
2. The plan, concept, and designs are as per current briefs within specifications,
and programs that will be set out in the approvals for the event organizers.

5. TOTAL E&P Indonesie is in a transitional period. This is likely to
stimulate employees to experience demotivation which is perceived
to cause accidents with emotional disturbances that lead to an
emerging risk of Lost Time Injury (LTI). However, with the EAN 2015,
we all hope that the new spirit can get through this hurdle period.
The most important is to overcome the extensive changes and
collaborate to move toward the partnership-based goals.
BACKGROUND
6. Vacations are an important part of your working year. Studies
have shown that taking time away from the job can have physical
and mental health benefits. People who take vacations have
lower stress, less risk of heart disease, a better optimistic on life,
and more motivation to achieve goals.
But we know everyone is occupied in dealing the transition period.
So, why don't we create our own holiday mood, bring the
seasons between us, and fill it with our joy?

peaceful journey. Being in the sky, like a
bird, fly among the clouds, in silence,
enjoying the landscape and the moment
is something that cannot be explained by
words. And most importantly, you could
overcome your fear.
“AROUND THE WORLD”
The theme of traveling around the
world is manifested in hot air balloon
flights journey to world-class tourist
destinations. Flying in a balloon is an
unrepeatable experience that not many
people have the opportunity to try.

TAKE OFF!
Our decoration in the foyer area are designed
in purpose to resemble ticket counters and
boarding rooms ambience. Furthermore, in
the main event, the audience will be invited to
ride a hot air balloon cabin through a giant
immersive screen.
