  borrowing tool by the technician can be well documented. So as not
  to disrupt the activity of the Foreman, then the approval can be
  delegated to the leader in the field or in workshop.

 If viewed in terms of Warehouse layout, the Warehouse layout of
  PTTU Banjarmasin has one door that is the same used for
  receiving activity and delivery activity.

 In terms of the use of lifting equipment machine, the warehouseman
  still uses an indoor forklift for outdoor lifting activities. This can cause
  the wheels of the forklift to be easily damaged.


 There are still some Hose that are stored without
 equipped with a plug or cap.

 It is better if the door is used for receiving activity made
  separately with a door that is used for delivery activity in the
  warehouse. This will make easier the management of entrance
  and exit of the parts.


 It is better if the warehouseman uses an indoor forklift only for
  indoor lifting activities. This is done to make the life of the tire is
  maintained.

It is better if some of the hose which have not previously been
 equipped with cap or plug, started to come with cap or plug.
 This is done to prevent the introduction of contaminant into
 the hose.

 Business Case

     Key performance indicators (KPI) Per June 2011 for Parts Counter Sales In PTTU
Banjarmasin showns that Non Returnable Items By Value is 3.14%. PT Trakindo Utama
(Head Office) have determined counter sales process flow in SOP for counter sales daily
operation, but from KPI we know that the result is not maximum. Still there are faults that
happens in the process which do by counter sales.

      By doing this analysis, it’s expected there will be improvement in counter sales process,
non - returnable items will be reduced, Counter sales productivities will be increased, and
increase customer satisfaction.
