  • This is why AIESEC 2015 in 2010 was about improving the current programmes – Exchange, leadership and Global Learning Environment (Part of the AIESEC Way which is our Essence) and inventing new ones (Progress)
  • The story of Gen2010 (05-06, 06-07, 07-08, 08-09, 09-10 along with creation) Exchange credit policy, MENA -2006, AIESEC Way – 2005, Massive expansion – 2006-2008, 2007 – 6 weeks (engineering), 2008 – Southern hemisphere focus, 2007-08 – Project based exchange (PBOX), 2008-09 – massive DT growth and in 2009-2010, 2009: Exchange goals were increased from 10000 to 12000, changed the counting for X+L (Ex after L and then it became both before and after) 2006-07 - One network making it happen, Connecting to Deliver (2008-09), 2005-06, United in direction, diverse in contribution, 2007-08 - 2010-11 – Fulfilling our promise, unleashing the future
  • Describe the impact the culture of 2009-10 had on us as members of AIESEC in our personal AIESEC Experience without really having so much global exposure then
  • Tell them to form a circle to look at each other and look at the generation that will make it a reality or not
  • Take them through the process of reflection
  • The DO (actions of 2015) always have to be on the screen because the point is to connect actions as well to behaviours
  • Explain that we want to consolidate to really see what are the key behaviours/what is the culture that will drive achievement of 2015 in AIESEC?
