- 20. 2121 How is it all paid for? 21 • All scheme actions, by all parties, are priced and rolled into an overall scheme cost. • % uplift on the Member prices agreed in advance by all parties. Contractors pay this fee to RW. • Any excess fees are repaid back to members or can be put into a grant fund. • This presents cashflow challenges. Options: 1. High cost of initial scheme development, upfront payment or finance can be repaid over time. 2. RetrofitWorks could raise the funds through its membership. This is not cast in stone, but what has worked to date is:
