Uso do SAY (SAID) e do TELL (TOLD)
Tell
Sempre que você ‘falar a alguém’, ‘dizer
a alguém’ ou ‘contar para alguém’ usará
TELL, que será acompanhado de um
objeto indireto depois do verbo.
Say
Agora se você apenas ‘falar que’, ‘dizer
que’ ou ‘contar que’, então será SAY. E
caso mencione um objeto pessoal na
frase, deve-se usar a preposição "to".
