This document introduce Ramose search application of Ali-AlTamimi stored data named ramose;
where this application is a program designed to help find information stored on a computer system. This
application allows one to ask for content meeting specific criteria (typically those containing a given word or
phrase) and retrieving a list of references that match those criteria.



3. Features
The ramose search engine should support the following features in order to retrieve the data in an easy way.

3.1. The Ramose Engine
Actually, this the most important feature in the application, since, the engine not only search within
the files in the folder, however, it search inside the files itself, in other words, the ramose engine open
each file and the read the information in that file.

3.2. Multi-Search Criteria
The ramose search support multi search criteria in order to help the client to search with multi things.
We have the following basic search criteria in ramose search engine:
 Company
 Full name
 Job title
 Email
 Business phone number
 Mobile

If the is a data match the search criteria, then this data will be shown with a data grid as following,
and the records of the data grid will be linkable in order to give the user the option to show more
details of the record, and also support paging in order to enhance the UI.

When double click on any of the rows that had been shown in the data grid, the details of row should
be shown as following:

According, to the standards of usability, the application gives the suitable message in case there is no
data matches the search criteria, and also, validates the search criteria data against the validation
standards (Required field validator or regular expression)

3.3. Multi-language
The application supports the multi-language feature, in order to help the both of the Arabic and non
Arabic nationalities use the application.

When selecting the language, all the label of search criteria and the labels of the header of the data
grid must be changes to the selected language.



3.4. Ramose Indexing
Ramose indexing service scans through files and folders on the store path information about them in index
files in order to speed out the searching speed.



4. Important points
Kindly, pay attention to the following points, since the developer will take care of them while
implementing the engine.
- The ramose engine assume that there is only and only one path which includes all the files in
extension (.msg)
- The ramose engine indexer will be run every day at 3:00 am in order to check if there a new
file had been added to the store folder.
- The ramose engine is a window application not a web application.
- The Arabic language resource file – multi language feature – will be filled by the client.



5. Payments and delivery
The Ramose search engine for Ali-Altamimi Company from Delta solution with the following terms for
the payments and delivery:

5.1 Value:
30000 Saudi riyal per the total solution (Only thirty thousand Saudi riyal)
5.2 Payment:
1. 35% down Payment.
2. 65% upon delivery for the total solution.
5.3 Delivery:
55 days from receiving the PO and Down Payment (Only fifty days)
