AgentsLive is a multilingual operating platform that aims to bridge services between lotteries and retail customers. It provides lottery results, sports betting information, videos and marketing materials on customer-facing displays in retail locations. AgentsLive allows lotteries to better engage customers, promote products, and directly communicate with retailers. It provides retail channels with more services to strengthen relationships between lotteries and their agency networks.

ConceptIntroduction
Interactive platforms enable an Operation to interface directly with its customer base and
provide Personalized Services on a number of levels.
However in the land-based distribution network and especially wherever a “shop-in-
shop” setup exists, the Operation’s interface with its retail customers is fundamentally
