admiration for diligence, a sentiment that

ourished when I enlisted in the Air Force. I
am not one to evade challenging duties and
comprehend that life does not offer any
shortcuts. My ethos originates from the
three Air Force core principles: Integrity

I am not one to evade challenging duties and comprehend that life does not offer any shortcuts. Hiring Managers and Department Leads TARGET AUDIENCE Ty Stover Outreach Plan: • To prepare for initial contact with him, I will do research on titles that he work on and clients that he has worked with. • The method that I willies to initially contact Ty is sending him a message on LinkedIn. • If Ty doesn’t doesn’t respond I will probably send him another message about a month or so later to know that I am still interested in speaking to him. GOALS Short Term: 2024 •Having multiple job offers before I graduate ‣The way that I would measure success for this goal is getting my name out there and talking to different teams in the area and nationally to lock down offers before I graduate. Mid Term: (2027) •Grow my reputation and progress my in my Career. ‣I would measure this goal by moving to the next level either at the job I started at or at another opportunity. Long Term: (2030) •Get a job in the NFL ‣Making connections with people that are already in the League is a good indication that I am going in the right direction to reach this goal.
