1. Arlene Garfield has worked with me as a Solidworks Designer for the past 2 months. Her
responsibilities have included Running Projects, Working with Project Mangers, Managing various
details on many projects, Cost savings both in manufacturing and product production.
During her time here she has had an amazing impact on the appearance of our truck. The project we
were on together, had many issues in which she was able to multi-task though. She turned things
around almost immediately and was a huge help to me personally and my skill development in organic
surfacing.
Arlene was highly respected by her co-workers for her willingness to help anyone anytime she can.
She has been instrumental in helping our company in this project. She is very well organized, diligent
