  2. • How can use questions to be more effective I am? • What problem I have ever experienced because I did not ask questions? • Am I able to say “ I DON’T KNOW”? • What questions do I ask to help people around me to learn? • What biggest achievement in my live (personal / professionally )  because I asked great questions?
  3. How “open Questions” help to achieve your objective • How do you feel about the project thus far? • What have you accomplished so far that you are most pleased with? • How would you describe the way you want this project turn out? • Which of these objectives do you think will be easier to accomplish? Which will be the most difficult? • What will be the benefits to our hotels if we can meet all  those objectives? To the company? Our Team and You personally. • What key things need to happen to achieve the objectives, what support do you need to ensure success?
  4. Why we should ask wrong questions - Questions that disempower • Why are you behind schedule? • What is the problem with this project? • Who is not keeping up? • Don’t you know better that that?
  5. Why don’t we ask encouraging and empowering Questions • What are the advantage and disadvantages you see on the suggestions? • Can you more fully describe your concern? • What are your goals? • What are a few options for improvement? • What you will commit to do by when?

What questions to be asked when solving problem? • Thoughtful questioning -  must be able to ask useful, systematic and insightful questions • Self- directedness -  It is important that individual ask questions for personal and professional improvement • Learning orientation – learning from others, while working on a group to find best solutions • Deep listening – a great questions come from great listener for problem solving • Confidence and well-being – all participants should feel that they have something important to share

Questions for reflection • Am I focusing on questions rather than answers when solving problem? • How can I determine whether  technical or adaptive problem? • Do I sue different kind of question in different situations? • Do I reflect on what has been asked and learned before asking new questions? • DO I ask fresh questions to develop new perspectives and challenge assumptions? • How can I generate more creative alternatives, actions and strategies with my questions?
