Engage and learn from the partner university in the area of undergraduate teaching
Recognising that research funding is frequently becoming more constrained in terms of support to attend conferences, BDIC would look to support attendance at a conference in China that is a direct fit with the period they are scheduled to be delivering module content in Beijing. Such support would be contingent on (a) the conference being of reasonable International significance and value in terms of publication recognition, (b) a paper being delivered and contained within the proceedings however configured and (c) both BDIC and UCD affiliations (in that order?) being recorded on the paper, abstract, registration and presentation.
