Bhagyodaya Motors Pvt Ltd is leading TATA Motors PCBU dealer in 3 districts
(Bellary,Raichur & Koppal) in Karnataka. After implementation of SFM the major
process gaps are identified and framed the new process and established a review
mechanism . Designed online P&L . Conducted a Business Plan exercise for FY 13-14 to
work on time lines to achieve the decided goals. Providing Monthly Revenue
Statement & Analysis for Sales and Service also conduct a review with HODs.

Trokhos Pvt Ltd
Bhagyodaya Motors Pvt Ltd is leading TATA Motors CVBU dealer in 3 districts
(Bellary,Raichur & Koppal) in Karnataka. Now the profitability is the main criteria for
all the LOB heads performance after implementation of SFM and now the average
sale was gone up 25% compare to previous year , Same like in BMPL here also
conducted a Business Plan exercise for FY 13-14 to achieve the goals, designed online
P&L for LOB heads and conduct review meetings on monthly P&L with HODs.
Designed a KRAs for back office staff which is linked to their job responsibilities.

Bhagyodaya Fiat is a newly established dealership in Bellary after the separation of
Fiat from TATA Motors it is an exclusive showroom for Fiat brand. The defining and
implementation of Standard Operating Procedure are currently in Progress along with
