Adapted specifically for the clinical outsourcing industry, the program

Attendees identify their communication style, recognize those of

sites. We have a fairly flat structure, so we originally brought Team Builders Plus in to do some training
in developing management and leadership skills with accountability, although we have since then
conducted multiple training programs with them. We worked with their team to develop what we
