Continued falsifications and blatant lies on the part of the United States Environmental Protection Agency regarding serious environmental issues in Sellersville, Pennsylvania for which the United States government is responsible.

1. USEPA BS - Cont'd
In addition to their continued refusal to provide records regarding numerous occurrences in Sellersville,
Pennsylvania, the United States Environmental Protection Agency has repeatedly denied any radiation
issues at the AMETEK Plant #2 facility.
Below is an excerpt from a 2014 memorandum obtained via a recent Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection:
The USEPA has also claimed that the underground chemical plume is contained to the Plant #2 facility.
The problem with that statement, as has been relayed many times through historic research, is the fact
that the “Plant #2 facility” encompasses more than the area enclosed by AMETEK's fenceline.
Below is a scanned copy of a FOIA-obtained fracture trace analysis completed for the dry lagoon
(landfill) area of Plant #2 in 1984. This is where the chemical plume originates and VOC
contamination levels currently exceed 150,000 ppb. The chemical plume flows with groundwater,
which flows directionally in fractured bedrock (“fracture trace”) within the shallow aquifer.
The linear dots represent the fracture traces where the underground chemical plume is transported
offsite through the shallow aquifer from the most contaminated portion of Plant #2.

2. Below is an overlay of the 1984 analysis with a current aerial of the same location. The orange
rectangle (added by me) is where 101 through 212 Mews Drive is located. The green dot (added by
me) is where monitoring well 19S is located. This well was drilled down past the confined shallow
aquifer to draw water from the aquifer beneath it where the chemical plume is not present. This was
done for all “shallow aquifer” wells in the path of the underground chemical plume to support the
USEPA's statements that the adjacent homes are not affected by the toxic plume or the volatile gases
originating therefrom.

3. 1984, the year said fracture trace analysis was completed showing the offsite progression of the
underground chemical plume contamination, also happened to be the year that the 66 acres planned for
the development of Wyckford Commons was sold by the original developer at public auction.
