customer platform and growth expected in order to
project changes and make investments of software
and hardware in the medium and long term, in order
to maintain a stable and quality service.
o Disaster recovery. Design and implement a recovery
plan platform disaster, giving the company the ability
to provide essential services of the business in the
shortest possible time, ensuring continuity of
operations.
o Automation. Develop routines and applications to
ease the business platform administration and
provide users with new facilities tailored to their
needs, optimizing the management of human
resources and generating savings.
o Definition and implementation of standards, policies
and safety procedures. Providing our customers with
the necessary guidelines to provide a secure
platform where information is protected from
unauthorized access and potential loss of data is
minimized.
o Security Audits. Analyze the platform, standards,
policies and security procedures implemented, in
order to identify potential problems and generate
recommendations.
o Implementation of monitoring platforms. Providing
our customers with the tools that allow tracking the
behavior of its platform (infrastructure and service),
so we can take appropriate action and avoid
potential failures and problems affecting customer
management.
o Implementing antivirus platforms and content filters.
Analyze, design and implement platforms that can
detect and remove viruses and filter input or output
unsuitable for the business, optimizing the use of
resources and avoiding potential service
interruptions or loss of vital
business information messages.
If our client already has an installed
platform, we manage your
Administration and Operation with full-or part-time,
ensuring the highest level of availability, according to the
Service Agreements set.
This service include:
o Monitoring. Timely detection of problems or failures
in the platform, and generate alarms or
corresponding actions, improving the service.
o User Management. Create delete and modify data
from the defined users on the platform.
o Resource management platform. Make efficient use
of resources of both hardware and software
available, allowing us to offer quality service.
o Management of directories and mailing lists.
Managing directories of accounts and user profiles,
configurations of the platform and distribution lists
and used for sending bulk messages and access
control groups.
o Care or shortcomings. Timely intervention in the
solution to the failures presented in the platform,
minimizing the impact these can have on the service.
o Preventive and corrective maintenance. Implement
actions necessary to correct existing and potential
problems and avoid the possibility of failure and
consequent suspension of service that cause losses
to the business.
o User support. Cater for all users in the case of
queries, faults and requirements, ensuring adequate
response time and compliance with agreed Service
Levels.
o Specialized support. Provide support in the area to
other organizations in the IT organization, such as
support groups for users, developers, consultants,
application administrators, etc.
o Backup and recovery or data. Ensure that the
scheduled backups for the platform, according to the
selected schema meet efficiently and make
necessary recoveries in cases of loss of information
by mistake or failure of the platform.
o Security management. Ensure compliance with
standards, policies and procedures of information
security, in order to maintain a stable and safe
environment.
