Have a deadline and direction, accountability and goals. </li></ul><ul><li>Empowerment for the people who are executing the vision and have the ability to work and lead accordingly </li></ul>

  • What does this mean to you? What can you implement tomorrow to boost engagment? These things produce engagement which means the lack of these things will decrease the level of engagemeent. Do you have people engaged in undermining the organization?
