Kabul Chawla owned Business Park Town Planners Limited BPTP plans IPO Delhi-based realty player BPTP Ltd has planned to hit the capital market to raise funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI. The Public Issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for a cash at a price band to be decided later aggregate to Rs 15000 million. The Book Running lead managers to the issue are IDFC – SSKI Ltd and JP Morgan Pvt. Ltd. BPTP is a Delhi based real estate player headed by Kabul Chawla.
