Our primary concern is to provide a high level of customer service and that is why
we offer both remote support of the solutions and support at the customer’s site.

Proof of concept (SIB - Seeing Is Believing)
BPX offers QlikView pilot implementations.
Due to a fast implementation and unique platform of the QlikView solution, it is possible to create within a
few days a demonstration application that addresses real issues on the basis of real customer data. Then,
the customer can test the platform for 30 days until a decision on the implementation is made.
This innovative approach differs significantly from a standard “Proof of concept”,
where the implementation of conventional Business Intelligence systems needs to be
very long and comprehensive in order to find out, whether it is really an appropriate
solution for the customer. The demonstration system is usually built on the basis of
the test data and the pilot implementation is very expensive and lasts for months.
