- 2. Since 1997 Beacon Marshall Companies has built and developed over 150 million dollars of work. The scope of the con- struction work completed spans from 200,000+ SF warehouses, Class A office buildings, manufacturing facilities, banks, equestrian, planned industrial/office parks and commercial. We have delivered projects for our clients via plan/spec, construction management and design/build. Many of our clients are repeat customers that we travel with both regionally and nationally. Dallas, Texas 207,000 sf Warehouse underway Reacting to the recent economic climate, we started a special and small projects divi- sion that is designed to perform small pro- jects quickly and cost effectively. Besides smaller projects, this division specializes in renovation and re-purposing buildings. Many of our clients either own or have pur- chased buildings that either required updat- ing, renovations or repairs. The scope of work we have done runs the gamut from pre-purchase inspections, due diligence work, budgeting, design coordination and ultimately construction. “As a contractor you can boast about experience, capabilities and references, however these attrib- utes are not worth much if they do not support a clients bottom line. “ With our “family” of subcontractors and suppliers we have decades of relation- ships of working together as a team. The relationships have kept our costs down, met or exceeded schedules and main- tained quality at a high level.
- 3. Beacon Marshall Companies is comprised of two companies. Beacon Marshall manages and devel- ops real estate including buildings, build to suit leases land development and planned park develop- ment. EM Construction is the construction arm performing all construction including our special and small projects division. EM Construction also offers to our clients preliminary estimating services. Usually with conceptual or pro- gress drawings we offer these services to our clients at no charge as long as we are given an opportunity to bid the project. With our preliminary estimating we typically offer value engineering alternatives to help the design team and owner make effective deci- sions. Construction Company The following pages are a brief outline of our completed projects which shows our vast experience. Geographically, most of Beacon Marshall Com- panies work is in Ohio. During the last three years we have secured and are performing work in Texas, Kentucky, Louisiana and a num- ber of other southern states. Sizes of our projects has varied from near ten million dollars to hundreds (small and special projects).
