This was built in a modular fashion so that you could have up to 2 measurement system and 6 carousels. Designed the carousels all the way to the frames and electronics bays. Sales price $1.2million • Third project was a Foups stocker which contained 100 Foups in a 2.6 x 2.6 x 2.2 meter cube. This was the smallest space for containing the amount of Foups. This included the gantry lift structure on top of the filing system for storage of the Foups. • Forth project was a IV pump tester. This contained 10 test examples. It tested the lifetime testing of the entire system including batteries, touchpad, and line blockage. APPLIED MATERIALS, Santa Clara CA (contract) 4/2013-10/2013 Sr. Mech Engineer designed and analyzed Degas Load lock chamber for metallization group. • Created specification for the 2 heaters to be used in the 450mm degas system • Coordinated with vendors as well as electrical engineers so that the process could be met. • Created the design with the pump ports as well as gas inlet for the degas system. PROTEUS, Hayward CA (contract) 10/2012-4/2013 Sr. Mech Engineer designed prototyped and built 2 systems for testing manufacturing. • First design was a tweezer which was nonconductive as well as EMF shielded for testing chips • Second design was a computer chip feeder for a pill press to produce 50,000 pills per day.
