1. Independently handled overall maintenance related functions for the plant machineries, Molding Shop,
electrical power distribution network and other electrical and mechanical systems.
2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Transformers, Compressors, Industrial UPS, 125KVA & 250KVA
Generator, & Cooling Tower , LT Switchgear Panel Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Control
Modification. Chiller etc.
3. Planned and scheduled effective preventive, predictive to enhance equipment reliability, productivity and
up time.
4. Successfully increased the availability of machines to 98% from 96% and achieved 99% availability
through implementing daily condition monitoring system.
