3. • You must be aware of how
successful apple company is!
Apple is one of the richest
company whose Revenue was
$215 Billion last year, and its
huge credit goes to Late Steve
Jobs. Steve Jobs is one of the
most influential people in the
century. Today I will share
three important lessons from
his Biography. I believe that
these lessons are the actual
reason why Steve jobs have
become so successful and
which made him achieve such
revolutionary results.

4. 1. Feel Special
• Steve Jobs Childhood was different from normal children, he had two parents Joanne
Schieble, and Abdelfattah John Jandali was a graduate student, and they were in love
with each other when Joanne went to Syria to live with Abdelfattah. After some time
she came to know that she is Pregnant after this news Joanne (who belongs with Strict
Christen Family )and family said no for marrying Abdelfattah (who belongs to a Muslim
family). They decided to give their child for adaptation. The couple who adopted that
child was Clara who was an accountant and Paul Jobs who was a mechanic and guard.
After adoption, they become the parents of that child and name that child Steven Paul
jobs. When Steve was around 5 / 6 year, a girl who used to be his neighbor taunted him
and said that you are an adopted child. Steve went to her parents and asked them the
truth that “You are very special and we have to choose you to be our son,” Steve
started feeling and believing that yes he is very special. While listening to his biography,
I noticed so many incidents where Steve believe that he is special and that is the
reason he achieve great things in his life. Many people in this world feel normal so that
they do normal things in life but feeling special is sometimes works to achieve great
things.

5. 2. Priorities of Outside and
Inside
• As a Mechanic, Steve’s father used to a spent a lot of time in
his garage while creating things. He used to make whatever
he wants to make, such as a cabinet, fanes, cars, etc. Steve
used to spend most of his time with his father inside the
Garage. His father has created a workbench for Steve, where
he can create what he likes, from here Steve starts curiously
creating things, he got curious about knowing how things are
created or made. He learned a lot many things from his
father, but one lesson which he always remembered and
followed. That is “ A real Creator should not just focus on the
outside, but he should focus on inside too.” Whenever
Steve’s father used to create fence or cabinet at that time he
used to tell Steve, that should also focus and work hard on
the sides which aren’t visible. That is the reason Steve Jobs
became a perfectionist about design and details.

6. • Once, Steve working on his Mac Product at that time
he went to people who were designing Circuit board,
and he asked them why Circuit board is not designed
beautifully and why details aren’t great. The
designer said to him, “What is a big deal, no one will
open and see the designs of the circuit board” than
Steve replied. We must work that part which is not
visible, So we should make our product by all means,
from the inside and outside great.

7. That is the reason apple
product became so beautiful
and attractive, and the world
went crazy for Apple products.

8. 3. See Future
• Earlier in computers there used to a black screen
where only green color complicated codes were
visible but Xerox Parc, a company which becomes
so successful in creating photocopy machines. That
even today people say Xerox instead of a
photocopy. The same company research team has
created a first personal computer that computer
has a graphical user interface in it; it had a mouse,
icons, windows and removable storage that
computer had various future industries ideas.
When Steve Jobs come to know about such
invention at that time, he gave an offer to Xerox,
that buys Apple 10 thousand shares in just 1
million, if they agree to show them their new
inventions.

9. Steve saw future full of computers and everyone is using
it. When he saw Xerox Parc Invent so many technological
things he was so happy because he again saw the future
with computers which was filled with all these
technologies even Xerox didn’t realize the potential of
their inventions. Xerox accept the offer, this was the
Revolutionary decision for Apple. Apple uses this
technology to the best way to improve their product and
dominates the entire market which Xerox tried, but they
failed.

10. • Above all things, Steve Jobs had a vision,
and this creative vision challenged his
employees and drove them to act with
vision as well. He was always thinking of
the future and always had a clear idea of
what he wanted to move towards. This
vision helped Jobs pull his team together
and helped them work towards a common
goal whenever he had a new idea for the
future of Apple.
