Do I ask advise from an expert when I prepare

re-vamp them?

What criteria do I use to re vamp them?

Do I introduce new thing in my training?
When my team talks about me do they
talk about me as am example?
Am doing the things I am asking from
my people and the things I am training?
Where do I get info from?
Am I aggressive in this direction?
Do I take notes when I go to hear some one talk?
Do I keep a file of all my note and info I have
been given?
What is my method of teaching my people new
ideas?
Do they use them ?
Do I have a follow up program to check this?
Show me my greatest weakness and I will make
it my greatest strength.
Its not a weakness to know what your
weaknesses are .
Sit and think about this !!!
What do I do to realize them?
If we don’t know what our people need to grow
we will never succeed.
Ask questions.
Talk about their goals
Ask them to tell you what they are doing and
advise them if need be.
Do I fear putting goals on paper?
Do I write my goal down?
If not why not?
Do I ask my people to write their goals down?
If I don’t how do I expect them to do it?
Are my goal aggressive and realistic?
Most important is this topic
in many cases we transmit the way we feel.
If we feel down our people will feel down.
As is a smile transmittable so is lack of
enthusiasm.
Enthusiasm comes from total commitment to
your goals.

Am I getting the results I want? Is my training program re teachable? Is it easy for new consultants? Is it more sophisticated for my older consultants and my DDs?
