5. Retired Employee for temporary or contract position
Advantages
• Less Cost and Time Saving.
• No need to train employees
• Long stay of employee with
organization when promotions
are given
Disadvantages
• The position of the promoted
employee becomes vacant,
• Employees might get a feeling of
partiality.
• Less opportunities for external
